If you want to get fitter and stronger but you don't know where to start, then this is for you. We will start slowly and build up to strength you can be proud of.
Over eight weeks, we will learn varieties and progressions of squats, push ups, rows, and other exercises to strengthen muscles you didn't even know you had!
- Access to an app with your training plan, workout details, exercise videos
- Daily/weekly communication with me to help with problem-solving and accountability
- Optional add-one personal training sessions via videocall or in person
This can be done at the gym or at home. You'll need:
- A suspension trainer
- One light pair of dumbbells
- One medium pair of dumbbells
These can be purchased very cheaply from retailers such as Kmart, The Warehouse, Rebel Sport, and similar. Please ask, if you need suggestions!
