Weekly sessions to improve you flexibility, mobility, core activation, and balance. Every session will include evidence-based stretching techniques to increase your passive range of motion, integrated movement to improve your active range of motion, Animal Flow to improve your core activation and coordination, and beginner handstand techniques to improve your balance and mind-body connection.
